| Description: For first time users or beginners, this course teaches the basics of creating a database using Access. Databases are used to manage complex lists of information that are inter-related. Topics include: overview and examples of databases; core Access and Office skills (screen overview and navigation, undo, Help, menus, toolbars); Access overview and screens; creating and editing tables; entering and modifying data; queries; table design; forms; reports; printing. |

| Description: For users that have mastered Access basics, this course teaches more advanced database skills. Topics include: advanced table design; advanced queries; customizing reports and forms; introduction to macros; database maintenance. |
Learn things like: Customizing data entry forms and reports for your needs; automating tasks; creating custom analysis of your data. |

| Description: For experienced Access users, this course teaches the most advanced database building skills. Topics include: advanced relationships and hyperlinks; query joins and expressions; crosstab queries; advanced forms and reports; advanced macros; switchboards; data validation. |
Learn things like: Create relationships between your data tables for more advanced capabilities; creating a menu to allow users to easily navigate a database. |
